Interesting posters to come on Sunday

Just started to go through the poster abstracts to see what's particularly interesting for us:

Topics covered in this year's poster session 'Developmental Therapeutics- Immunotherapy', reflecting the currently big questions in Immune Therapy in Melanoma are:

- immune therapies in different combinations

- attempts at profiling by different means to predict which patients are likely to benefit from immune therapy and who will have side effects

- more on side effects related to immune therapies

The poster session will be on Sunday morning, so updates after that!

TNM- staging in Melanoma

As upcoming news might refer to specific substages of Melanoma, here a good overview from medscape for reference:

T refers to the tumour
N refers to (lymph) nodes
M refers to metastasis

At lot are updates of earlier trials, but relevant insights into higher response rates or side effects, so definitely worth following up!

ASCO featured voices- #ASCO2016 and @ASCO2016

ASCO 2016 will be covered on social media by 21 Featured Voices tweeting under #ASCO2016.

A pity that also this year- yet again- there is not a single patient voice among them!
